Pleadly, Inc. (“Pleadly,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of information collected from our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, firm name, phone number), information collected automatically (usage data, device information, IP address), and information from third-party integrations you connect (case management data synced from Clio, MyCase, etc.).
We use collected information to provide and improve our services, process and manage cases, communicate with you about your account, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations.
We implement enterprise-grade security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Integration tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
Pleadly maintains HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all data processors that handle protected health information (PHI).
